AgenticAscension

I'm Drew. I build AI agent systems that run businesses without me.

Not as a thought experiment. Not as a demo. As a daily practice.

I run 15+ AI agents in production across multiple businesses. They handle SEO monitoring, content repurposing, lead qualification, client reporting, competitive intelligence, and half a dozen operational processes that used to eat 40+ hours per week.

Some of them have been running unsupervised for months. Some of them broke at 3 AM last week and I fixed them at 3:15 AM. That's the reality of production AI — not the polished version, the actual one.

Agentic Ascension is where I share everything I learn building these systems.

The problem I kept seeing

I started building agent systems because I was tired of doing the same operational work every week. Content distribution. Data monitoring. Report assembly. Lead review. All repeatable. All automatable. All eating my time.

So I automated them. One at a time. Over months.

What I found was that the hard part wasn't the technology — it was the information landscape around it. Every AI newsletter was either:

Too broad.

Weekly roundups of AI news with no actionable takeaway. "OpenAI released a new model. Google responded. Here's what it means." It means nothing to me. Tell me what to build.

Too theoretical.

Frameworks and mental models with no deployment steps. Great for thinking. Useless for shipping.

Too beginner.

"What is an AI agent?" I know what an AI agent is. Tell me how to run 15 of them in production without losing my mind.

I couldn't find the newsletter I wanted — signal-dense, production-focused, written by someone who actually deploys this stuff — so I started writing it.

The systems behind the advice

Everything I write about comes from production deployment. Here's what's running right now:

SEO Monitoring

15+ client locations scanned nightly. Automated competitor tracking, GBP analysis, and report generation. Runs between 1:30 AM and 6:00 AM CST. Reports ready before coffee.

Content Pipeline

One core piece in, 15+ platform-optimized assets out. LinkedIn, X, email, Instagram — formatted for each platform's conventions automatically.

Client Reporting

Data pulled from multiple sources, analyzed for patterns, formatted into client-ready reports. What used to be a half-day project per client is now a 15-minute review.

Agent Orchestration

Agents that manage other agents. Heartbeat systems that monitor services, restart failures, and alert me only when something genuinely needs human attention.

Cost Optimization

Hybrid model routing (local models for cheap tasks, cloud APIs for complex ones) that cut my monthly AI costs by 70%+ without degrading output quality.

These aren't projects I built once for a demo. They're systems I maintain, optimize, and depend on. When I write about failure modes, I'm writing from the 3 AM debugging session, not from a textbook.

What Agentic Ascension actually is
